Greenpacha
Founded by Florencia Gomez Gerbi in 2010 after a trip to South America, Greenpacha aims to introduce more people to traditional weaving and inspire with her love of traveling. All Greenpacha hats are handmade by women artisans with Toquilla Palm Straw in Ecuador. According to Greenpacha, “Each hat is a cultural expression and, we believe, a symbol of hope in humanity.” These hats are timeless, and their creation is rooted in preserving traditional techniques. The palm straw used is grown on the coasts of Ecuador, where they are ethically harvested and woven by women in the mountains of Cuenca. Greenpacha products are made for those who have an appreciation for high-quality design and creation.
