Comments & Feedback
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our website, products and services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information. Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Cedar & Hyde using this website or otherwise (collectively, ‘Comments’) are not confidential and will become and remain Cedar & Hyde property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any comments will constitute an assignment to Cedar & Hyde of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the comments without payment of any compensation. Comments submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
The Contents are intended solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may copy other Contents displayed on the Site for your personal, noncommercial use only. No right, title or interest in any Contents is granted or transferred to you as a result of any such copying.

Merchandise Availability
We do our best to properly represent real inventory numbers on the website, but merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail once your items have shipped.
Merchandise Information
All products displayed on the website are available at Cedar & Hyde's Boulder store. The prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Privacy
- We send a newsletter via email approximately 4 times a month. Newsletters include information about new products, and projects along with occasional invitations to in-store events/ special promotions.
- We use Klaviyo for all of our newsletters, meaning that all contact details can be updated easily. Klaviyo also gives an easy option to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. The unsubscribe option can be found at the bottom of every newsletter email we send. The Klaviyo unsubscribe feature is immediately and permanently effective.
Mobile Terms of Service
The Cedar & Hyde Mercantile mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Cedar & Hyde Mercantile (“Cedar & Hyde Mercantile”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Cedar & Hyde Mercantile’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Cedar & Hyde Mercantile through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Cedar & Hyde Mercantile. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18335731510 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Cedar & Hyde Mercantile mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Denial of Access

In the event of denial of access by Cedar & Hyde, you are no longer authorized to access the Website, and the restrictions imposed upon you with respect to material copied or downloaded, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Use, shall continue in force. Applicable Law
The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms of Use and any transaction (including purchases made on this Website) using or related to the Website, shall be the laws of the State of Colorado, USA without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Website, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Colorado. All proceedings relating to the Website, these Terms of Use, or any transaction, including the sale of any products, using this Website, shall be brought only in the state or federal courts of Boulder County, Boulder, Colorado, USA, and you and Cedar & Hyde do hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
