Next Day Order Processing
Orders placed Monday thru Thursday (excluding holidays) before 1 PM MST will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday or subsequent business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Order fulfillment cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability, promotions, holidays, payment verification and shipping carrier delays. If your order requires additional shipping fees this could cause additional delays.
Domestic Shipping
Free continental US shipping for orders over $200, excluding orders exceeding 10 lbs or 12" on any side. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
In the event that your order requires additional shipping, you will be issued a shipping invoice to be paid before your order can ship out of our facility. If you are issued a shipping invoice and it is not paid within 72 hours, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Free shipping will be shipped via the carrier with the best rates or service options based on the customer's location. All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or a P.O. Box cannot be expedited and will automatically be shipped via USPS. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may require an additional fee.
We follow the guidelines provided by the shipping carriers, but are not able to control the package once it has left our facility. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. It is the customer's responsibility to select the best shipping method for their needs, preferred delivery date, and location. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work closely with the carrier to do everything possible to assist you. Please select shipping protection at checkout to insure your shipment. See below. The customer may request any special shipping needs, such as signature required, or delivery to a UPS access point, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Special shipping requests can delay delivery times and require additional fees.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Select shipping protection at checkout to insure your order during the shipping process. This protects your order against damage, loss, or theft, but only if it is selected and paid for as a part of the order. You will see it in your cart at checkout. Please email us for any shipping assistance!
HEAVY & OVERSIZED SHIPPING
Oversized shipping costs apply to all orders exceeding 10 lbs or 12" on any side. The shipment cost will be quoted on a per order basis. Our customer service team will be in touch by email about any additional shipping cost.
GLASSWARE & CERAMICS SHIPPING
Due to the fragile nature and to ensure safe delivery of ceramics and glassware, orders including these items may require an additional shipping fee. Ceramics and glassware are shipped via UPS Ground and insured for the full value of the order, but please understand shipping costs can vary significantly based on the size, quantity, weight and delivery location. Our customer service team will be in touch by email if your order requires additional shipping.
REFUSED & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Refused and/or returned packages to sender may be subject to a restocking and return shipping fee. Please confirm your shipping information when placing your order.
