Domestic Orders

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on full priced items returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox or bag.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

We do not accept returns on apothecary, swimwear, periodicals and undergarments.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

All sale, gift cards, custom inseams, special orders and one of a kind pieces are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. All sale items are not eligible for any price adjustment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Orders placed online may also be returned at our brick & mortar store.

To initiate a return or exchange:

All returns must be issued a Return Authorization (#RA) number and be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery provided by the carrier tracking. We offer free return shipping for all orders over $200. A shipping label will be provided by email with the Return Authorization number.

  • Please email: for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within the allowed timeframe.
  • For an exchange, please include the size and/or item for which you would like to exchange.
  • Package and ship using the original box and packaging materials, ensuring all product(s) arrive free from damage.
  • Shipments must be accepted, scanned, and postmarked by the carrier within 10 days of initial delivery of the order to be eligible for return/exchange. All returns that do not meet the 10 day requirement will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

For orders less then $200, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are happy to provide a return label and $8 will be deducted from any refund for shipping cost. If you choose to secure your own shipping, we recommend sending the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods. The original shipping cost of the order are non-refundable.

A return will be inspected and processed within 2 business days of delivery. The customer will be notified via email when the refund or store credit has been issued. Please allow at least 3 business days for a refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and store credit will be issued via online gift card.
