HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
During the holiday season our return policy is extended and more flexible to allow for worry-free gifting. All gift purchases starting Thursday, November 28, 2024 thru Tuesday, December 24, 2024 are eligible for return for store credit until the end of day on Saturday, January 4, 2025. Online orders must be scanned by the shipping carrier for return by January 4, 2025.
The holiday return policy allows returns on final sale items that are not usually eligible for return in our standard return policy. Store credit will be issued for the current and/or most recent sale price of the item at the time of return.

Holiday Hours
We will be open for our standard hours except for the following days:
- Thanksgiving Day - CLOSED
- December 15th - 12pm to 5pm
- December 22nd - 12pm to 5pm
- Christmas Eve - 12pm to 4pm
- Christmas Day - CLOSED
- December 31st - CLOSED
- January 1st - CLOSED
- January 6th thru January 9th - Boulder Stores Closed, online orders will ship during this time.
All online orders placed on closed days will be fulfilled on the next day we are open.
Shipping Deadlines
Orders must be placed on or before this date for a Christmas Day Delivery:
- UPS Ground (Free Shipping): December 15th
- UPS 2 Day Air: December 19th
- UPS Next Day Air: December 22nd
We follow the guidelines provided by UPS, but once the shipment leaves our facility it is outside of our control. Winter weather can cause shipping delays, please consider the weather in your local area to ensure on time delivery.
