HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
During the holiday season our return policy is extended and more flexible to allow for worry-free gifting. All gift purchases starting Thursday, November 27, 2025 thru Wednesday, December 24, 2025 are eligible for return for store credit until the end of day on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
The holiday return policy allows returns on final sale items that are not usually eligible for return in our standard return policy. Store credit will be issued for the current and/or most recent sale price of the item at the time of return.
Holiday Hours
We will be open for our standard hours except for the following days:
- December 14th - 12pm to 5pm
- December 21st - 12pm to 5pm
- Christmas Eve - 11am to 4pm
- Christmas Day - CLOSED
- January 1st - CLOSED
- January 5th thru January 8th - Boulder Stores Closed, online orders will ship during this time.
All online orders placed on closed days will be fulfilled on the next day we are open.
Shipping Deadlines
Orders must be placed by 1 pm MST to allow for order processing.
- UPS Ground (Free Shipping) - December 16, 2025
- UPS 2-Day Air - December 20, 2025
- UPS Next Day - December 21, 2025
We follow the guidelines provided by UPS, but once the shipment leaves our facility it is outside of our control. Winter weather can cause shipping delays, please consider the weather in your local area to ensure on time delivery.
