Designer Profile

Sarah McGuire

Sarah McGuire is a jewelry designer and metalsmith who draws inspiration from modernist design, organic forms, and man-made wonders. Sarah, originally from New England, collected artifacts and marveled at the scenery while on Connecticut's coast and traveling through Cape Cod, which would later influence many of her iconic jewelry designs. She lived in New York for more than ten years after earning her degree from Parsons School of Design, before relocating to Chicago.

Each item of jewelry is handmade by the designer and a small team out of her timber-loft studio. Sarah combines repurposed metal, mostly sterling and high-karat gold, with leather, raw gemstones, and diamonds. Both design and craftsmanship are prioritized as she creates classic, expertly crafted pieces to be cherished for decades.
