Launched in 2005 by Karin Bereson, No. 6 is an under-the-radar shop in Manhattan, New York. No. 6 now has a cult following for their handmade shoes and an aspirational yet accessible ready-to-wear collection. Bereson’s goal is to create pieces that can be worn over and over, and can easily complement a woman’s existing wardrobe. No.6 is a brand for “anyone, anytime, anywhere.” In a field that is sometimes associated with exclusivity and seriousness, Bereson wants to establish a brand that speaks to warmth and humor.
