Oversized shipping costs apply to all orders exceeding 10 lbs or 12" on any side. The shipment cost will be quoted on a per order basis. This often includes glassware and ceramics due to the fragile nature and packaging required to ensure safe delivery. The cost is calculated based on the items in your unique order and corresponding shipping address. Our customer service team will be in touch by email if any additional fee is required. The order will not ship until these fees are paid.

We work with several artists and designers whose pieces are created by hand and each one is unique. For items marked "one of a kind", please expect variations in size, shape, coloration, texture, and finish. Some pieces may have intended imperfections and this is part of what makes them so special.
